Thomas & Darden Return Policy

Thomas & Darden, Inc. (“T&D”) believes in its products and values customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Kube product (“Kube”), you may initiate a return and/or refund under the following terms and conditions. Should you have any questions about this process, please contact T&D’s customer support at or call us at 1-855-YOU-KUBE. Please read our Return Policy below as it outlines our Returns process and Warranty policy, including any exceptions.


The Kube product is subject to a limited 14-day authorized return policy. If for any reason you decide that our product is not for you, send us an email at: or call us at 1-855-YOU-KUBE within 14 days after your purchase to request a return authorization number (“RA#”) and return shipping label (“Return Label”). After receipt of a RA# and Return Label, you may then ship the Kube back to T&D, under the terms and directions outlined below.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. T&D recommends using FedEx, UPS or USPS. It is your responsibility and you must obtain package tracking services and properly insure the package containing the Kube for value during shipping. Please retain all of your tracking information in case needed.

Item(s) being returned must arrive in brand new condition, (in original boxes and packaging) showing no signs of wear and tear, damage, misuse, abuse and must be free of any scuffs, dings, cracks, odors, scrapes and any other imperfections. If any discount or promotional coupons were used during checkout, you will receive a refund less the value of the promotional coupons.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your return has been received and inspected by our return center. Please allow up to 60 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card or method of payment used.

Using the RA# and Return Label provided by T&D, please properly package the Kube, by packaging over the original Kube packaging, so as to not damage alter the Kube product or its original packaging.

Our return policy is made in good faith. Those who violate the spirit of our return policy by sending excessive returns may be subject to limitations or suspension of return privileges.

Unauthorized returns will be denied.


We do not process exchanges. Refunds are issued on qualified returns, and you may place a new order for the desired product. However, you may contact T&D at to request an exception for an exchange. However, approval for exchanges are granted in T&D’s sole discretion. Consideration for exchanges may include:

  1. Product Not Returnable: Returns are not allowed on custom made, clearance, discontinued, scratch & dent, restocked, used, or AS-IS item’s as noted. (Exclusions: item arrives damaged in shipping, defective or dead on arrival).
  2. Shipping Errors & Shipping Damages: For a return or exchange due to shipping damages or errors, contact our T&D Returns at: or call 1-855-YOU-KUBE within 14 days from purchase. Have the order # and customer name from original order ready when you call or email. A T&D returns representative will provide simple instructions for returning the item(s), and instructions on the proper handling of the merchandise. Save the original box and all the packing material to ship item back. Please remove any old shipping labels from the box. You may be required to email photos showing any issues for proof and claim purposes. For items damaged in shipping or shipping errors made by T&D, T&D may issue, by email or otherwise, a pre-paid shipping return label. A RA# issued by T&D must accompany all returns and be included on the shipping label provided by T&D. Please do not write the RA# on the original box or packaging. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned is received.

Product Defects

Defective Items (within 14 days after purchase)

If you believe you have a defective product and are within 14 days after purchase, please contact T&D support at Please have the order number and customer name on the original order available to speed up the process. A T&D representative may ask some troubleshooting questions in attempt to remotely resolve any Kube product issues. If your Kube product cannot be repaired remotely, by shipping a replacement part, or otherwise by speaking to a T&D representative, T&D will issue an RA# and Return Label that will allow you to send the item back for repair or replacement. The customer is fully responsible for providing adequate packaging and item(s) must be in original boxes in “Like New” condition. If a returned item is found by our technicians to be damaged misused or abused by the end user, then the buyer is responsible for any and all repair & shipping charges, and any out of pocket expenses incurred by T&D.

1 Year New Product Warranty

The 1 Year Warranty will cover manufacturer defects and workmanship (see restrictions) for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. T&D does not require new product registration for warranty repair or replacement.

Restrictions: The 1 year warranty does not include service or parts to repair damage caused by accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, inadequate packing or shipping procedures, cosmetic appearance not directly attributable to defect in materials or workmanship, or service, repair, or modification of the product which has not been authorized or approved by T&D. This warranty shall terminate if any of the above is foreseen. Our warranty will not cover “blown” speakers or other abuse or misuse caused by user. This is considered physical damage or misuse and is not covered by our warranty.

For Kubes purchased in the United Kingdom, the total warranty period is 2 years.

Warranty is non-transferable.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If you would like to send a Kube product back for repair after the 1 year warranty has expired, please contact T&D at for instructions. Should T&D agree, in its sole discretion, to a product repair, the customer is fully responsible to provide adequate packaging and for round trip shipping expenses for any repairs made, including labor and cost of material. T&D accepts no responsibilities for loss or damage to any customer owned merchandise which was not directly caused by our repairs or handling procedures.
