Return Policy & Instructions

30-Day Return Policy

If you wish to return your purchase you must do so within 30 days of the original date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. We will exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise including taxes. Please note: Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

Instructions

You may initiate a return or exchange via contacting a customer service representative at support@thomasdarden.com, with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorization number and the return shipping address. Our customer support personnel are available during support hours.

A return authorization number is required for any exchange or refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. To avoid any charges, returned items must be ‘as new’ condition and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. You are responsible to securely pack the product and all the original contents. We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging and remove or completely cover up the original shipping labels.

When your return is received, we will email you confirming receipt and then begin the refund process. We normally process your refund within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Refunds generally will appear within two billing statements on the same credit card, debit card or payment method used to make the original purchase.

Exclusions

T&D may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not returned in ‘as new’ condition. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:

  • A different serial number than the one T&D originally shipped.
  • Missing parts or the original product packing material.
  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
  • Been heavily used.
  • Damage from drops or mishandling.
